It refers to that the customer has applied for a 500m and 100m dial-up optical fiber line of Telecom, which is a dynamic IP address and cannot provide fixed IP services. If the customer already has a local line, he can apply for an IP address. According to the speed requirements of the customer for the IP address bandwidth, such as 4m, 10m, 20m, 30m and other telecom fixed IP services, he can apply. If the bandwidth is higher than 30m, he needs to apply for Telecom independent optical fiber services. Dial-up lines cannot be used. For small bandwidth, IP address application services can be realized through dial-up optical fiber lines.
